Acorn Coffee Ice Cream

The inspiration for the Acorn Coffee Ice Cream was Milky Acorn Coffee and also Acorn Coffee Panna Cotta.

Acorn Coffee Ice cream
Ingredients: 
  • 500ml sweet whipping cream,
  • 200ml condensed milk,
  • 2 packs of cream-fix,
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 3-4 teaspoons of Acorn Coffee (for a more intensive flavor you can add one or two spoons more).

Preparation:

pour the condensed milk into a pan, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Set aside, add the Acorn Coffee, and bring to a quick boil. Cool well, place in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight).
Put the sweet whipping cream in a bowl and start mixing. Then, gradually add cream-fix and cream will rapidly solidify.
In the end, add ready-made acorn coffee to the prepared cream and mix well.
The prepared mixture place in the freezer for a few hours, 4-5 hours.
(It is recommended to take the mixture out in the freezer after one hour and mix it. However, if you do not do this, it will also be ok).
