Acorn Coffee Ice Cubes
So, let's make it. First, cook acorn coffee and let it cool. Then pour it into the freezer mold without sediment and freeze for approx. 2 hours.
When the cubes are icy, put them in a glass and let them melt slowly. Or, if you prefer more milky flavors, pour a little milk over the acorn coffee ice cubes.
Acorn Coffee Ice Cream - homemade
Ingredients:
- 500ml sweet whipping cream,
- 200ml condensed milk,
- 2 packs of cream-fix,
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 3-4 teaspoons of Acorn Coffee (for a more intensive flavour you can add one or two spoons more).
pour the condensed milk into a pan, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Set aside, add the Acorn Coffee, and bring to a quick boil. Cool well, and place in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight).
Put the sweet whipping cream in a bowl and start mixing. Then, gradually add cream-fix and the cream will rapidly solidify.
In the end, add ready-made acorn coffee to the prepared cream and mix well.The prepared mixture place in the freezer for a few hours, 4-5 hours.
(It is recommended to take the mixture out in the freezer after one hour and mix it.
However, if you do not do this, it will also be ok).
